Ferry Staverman
Ferry Staverman is a Dutch artist who lives and works today in Apeldoorn in the Netherlands. He graduated from the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague in 1970 and is exhibited all over the world.
His three-dimensional sculptures are made of recycled card stock reinforced with string; They are created from repeated forms to create remarkable architectural silhouettes. If some are small and can decorate a table, others reach up to five meters in height. The artist uses for each piece variations of the same color that give the work finesse and depth.
